Job requirements: We are looking for fun, energetic and smiling Crew to join our Team. If you like to learn, enjoy getting to know new people and are outgoing, then you'll want be part of our family.
Salary and benefits: If you already have QSR or restaurant experience, you might be hired for a Shift Supervisor, which pays more. Regularly scheduled monthly evaluations result in annual performance based pay increases. Benefits include medical, dental ,vision, and supplemental plans (short/long term disability, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity and more). The company pays the majority of the employee health insurance premiums. The company provides a $25,000 life insurance policy for all full time Crew Members, with additional supplemental life insurance offered.
Retirement planning is introduced at the conclusion 6 months of employment and 1000 hours worked. Tuition reimbursement, meal, car wash and oil change employee discounts are also offered. Paid time is earned for planned vacation time and time off for personal reasons for full time Crew Members. Part Timers should apply too.
