We are a retail Toys and Collectibles store located in Great Mall, Milpitas. We seek a dynamic and driven Retail Store Manager to join our team. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for managing the store and team member, providing exceptional customer service and generating sales through product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our products, have a positive attitude and extroverted personality, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidate needs to be familiar with Anime, Pop Culture ( Disney, Marvel, etc)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Managing store and team members
- Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
- Use sales techniques to close sales and meet sales targets
- Participate in store merchandising and product placement
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail store management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
Store Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective performance
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and achieve store targets
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates
- Create work schedules and manage shift rotations
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and drive overall business success
Skills:
- Sales management: Ability to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets
