What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pressure Washing Technician position at Top Down Exterior Cleaning?
Lakeland area Exterior Cleaning business Looking for a hardworking, clean cut employee to join our pressure cleaning business. $250 signing bonus after 90 days and fully trained.
Starting at $15 an hour plus tips and raise after fully trained ;
30-40 hours a week, no nights or weekends. Must live in Lakeland.
Requirements:
- Responsible and motivated to grow with the company
- Physically fit to climb ladders and comfortable on roofs.
- Quick to learn and eager to improve
- Drug/Smoke Free
- Drivers License & Transportation
- Clean criminal record
- High School diploma or equivalent
