Job Overview:
Top Flight Maintenance is seeking a Commercial Janitorial Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at multiple client locations. The ideal candidate will have experience cleaning commercial spaces as well as managing a team of cleaning professionals. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possess demonstrated time management skills, and share the company’s commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and oversee teams of cleaning professionals at multiple locations.
- Evaluate, coordinate, and assign cleaning tasks based on need and skill level.
- Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the cleaning team for any questions, concerns, or disputes.
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries and take action as needed.
- Ensure proper inventory of supplies and cleaning tools.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new janitorial professionals.
- 5 years of commercial janitorial experience, preferably with team management.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay ahead of repetitive ongoing tasks.
- Proven track record of mentoring and training subordinates.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on work when the team is short-staffed or behind schedule.
- Expertise in commercial cleaning equipment and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in management software.
- Experience with Google Suite (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 to 50 lbs.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Clean felony record / Drug-free.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.

Compensation:
Salaried position, $48,000 to $65,000 per year (based on experience).
