Our client, a Japanese Energy company is searching for an Asset Management Administrator responsible for maintaining vendor data and vendor management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree in business or equivalent work experience
- 2 years in a procurement department and vendor management
- Prior accounts payable experience preferred
- Experience with Maximo software preferred
- Microsoft projects experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas and charts)
- Power plant experience preferred
JOB DUTIES:
- Maintain vendor list
- Verify vendor contracts and respond to vendor inquiries
- Review new vendor risk applications
- Coordinate document management within the asset management department
- Manage application configuration, implementation and use of the vendor risk platform
- Verify vendor contacts and accounting information when necessary
