Our client a Plastics and packaging products distributor is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Sales Manager to join their team.

Title : Japanese Bilingual Sales Manager

Location : Torrance CA (1 day a week remote)

Salary : 90K-120K

JOB DUTIES :

Expand business opportunities by developing customer business relationships
Perform sales cycle activities from prospecting to closing
Track sales metrics, market and customer information
Manage existing clients through outreach and building strong business relationships
Provide sales forecasting and reports
Develop and grow new markets or segments
Become fully versed in company’s products and technologies
Develop executive sales strategies and perform market analysis research for new business development
Prepare annual budgets and conduct monthly and quarterly sales reviews

Qualifications :

Japanese / English bilingual language ability

Bachelor’s degree

3 years of plastics or packaging sales experience

Able to travel for business including local, domestic or international trips

Excellent communication ability customer service ability
