Top Line Roofing is seeking a motivated and professional Project Advisor / Sales Representative with experience in customer service and direct homeowner interaction. This role is ideal for someone who is confident presenting solutions, managing customer relationships.
As a Project Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, educating them on their options, building trust, and helping them make informed decisions regarding their roofing and exterior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners for scheduled appointments to evaluate project needs
- Present roofing and exterior renovation solutions clearly and professionally
- Build rapport and trust with homeowners through consultative selling
- Explain scopes of work, pricing, timelines, and project expectations
- Follow up with prospects and manage leads through the sales process
- Coordinate with internal operations and production teams once a project is sold
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in the company CRM
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in roofing, construction, or home improvement
- Comfortable working directly with homeowners and decision-makers
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage appointments and follow-ups
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic technology skills (CRM, email, tablet use)
