What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House (FOH) position at TOP OF THE VIADUCT RESTAURANT?
Top Of The Viaduct Restaurant in Massillon, OH is looking for one front of house (foh) to join our team. We are located on 607 Lincolnway West. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
THIS IS NOT A SERVER POSITION
Please do not apply if you can not work nights or days.
PART TIME POSITION- 25 hours a week. Also have open weekend availability.
The age requirement is 18. If you do not have reliable transportation or are not dependable, please do not apply.
We are very busy and you must be able to multitask.
Responsibilities are, but not limited to.
Answer phone and take all carry out orders and bag them
Handle Doordash and Carryout orders

*Run food to tables *Clear tables *Talk to guests to ensure they have a good experience. *Address any concerns guests may have. *Roll Silverware *Assist and be willing to help with every area involving customer service
Qualifications

*Ability to work in a team towards a common goal *Outgoing personality *Good communication skills *Friendly and positive attitude *Experience is a plus!

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $12.00 - $15.00/hour.
