Salary: $78,700 - $118,100 $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid in three installments)

Now Hiring: Imaging Supervisor in Middlebury, VT

Our client is seeking a certified Imaging Supervisor to lead a skilled radiology team in a state-of-the-art facility. This role offers the opportunity to combine leadership responsibilities with hands-on imaging duties in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Certificate or Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology
• ARRT(R) certification, plus additional certification in CT or Mammography
• Eligibility for Vermont radiologic technologist licensure
• At least five years of radiology experience
• At least one year of supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a unionized setting
• ARRT certification in Radiography, CT, and Mammography
• Experience with Epic EMR & Visage PACS systems

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily radiology operations, including General Radiography, Fluoroscopy, DXA, Mammography, CT, OR Imaging, and PACS
• Lead and support a radiology team in a newly unionized environment
• Manage schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee quality control
• Perform diagnostic imaging as needed to ensure efficient patient care
• Act as a liaison between the radiology team and department leadership
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
