Top Workforce Solutions is hiring an Onsite HR Manager in Bronx, NY 10474.
Salary $ 80,000- $100,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR operations and collaborate with leadership
- Update and maintain job descriptions and workflows
- Advise managers and employees on policies and compliance
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and feedback
- Recruit and train HR staff, interns, and temporary workers
- Conduct exit interviews and reduce turnover
- Improve workplace morale, engagement, and retention
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollments and inquiries
- Oversee payroll, 401(k), workers’ compensation, and safety programs
- Ensure OSHA recordkeeping and legal compliance
- Maintain HR records with strict confidentiality
- Lead company events and foster a positive work environment
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 8 years HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, payroll systems, and HR software
- Knowledge of NYS Workers’ Compensation, OSHA, FMLA, and HR laws
- Leadership skills with ability to motivate staff
- Bilingual skills a plus (English, Spanish, Korean, Chinese)
- Experience with union/labor negotiations a plus
