Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and reference checks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques such as networking, social media, and referrals
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and are a good fit for the company culture
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment
- 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within an HR advisory or staffing firm
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple industries
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
