What You’ll Do:
Provide friendly and attentive customer service as you ensure that the best cuts of meat are available to our customers. You’ll receive, process, cut, and trim meat products as well as package, tie, wrap, weigh, price and label them to get them ready for our customers to purchase.

Skills/Experience Needed:
To be a meat cutter, you must be a certified meat cutter or apprentice and have adequate knowledge of the preparation of different cuts of meat.
You’ll need to be friendly and courteous in order to provide excellent customer service, as well as the ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn to operate knives, bandsaw, grinder, slicer, and various other meat processing equipment; as well as case cutters, wrapping machine, baler/compactor, and computerized scales is also important.
**Please note: you must be at least 18 years of age to work in the meat department

Pay: $18.80 - $21.00 per hour
