Position Overview:
TBS is seeking an experienced Logistics Analyst (Supply Technician - TOA Support) to support Amphibious Construction Battalion ONE (ACB-1) in San Diego, CA. This full-time position is part of a logistics and administrative support services contract requiring expertise in expeditionary logistics operations, Table of Allowance (TOA) management, and Navy logistics systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Navy supply chain and sustainment operations, with direct experience in TOA readiness reporting, inventory validation, and coordination with Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC), and related stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage ACB-1's TOA in accordance with Navy and EXWC guidelines
- Prepare quarterly TOA readiness reports and submit accurate data to the Government
- Conduct annual validation of TOA assets, including property accountability reviews
- Coordinate Allowance Change Requests (ACRs) and support ABFC development and submission
- Utilize DPAS (Defense Property Accountability System) and NAVFAC ERP to track, update, and report on equipment status
- Provide technical input to the Expeditionary Buy Plan and participate in modernization planning
- Support shipping, receiving, and documentation functions for inbound and outbound TOA equipment
- Monitor on-hand stock levels and initiate replenishment planning as required
- Coordinate with internal command stakeholders, including logistics, operations, and training teams
- Ensure data integrity across logistics systems and support internal and external audits
Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Minimum of 5 years of Navy expeditionary logistics experience
- Demonstrated experience in TOA management and reporting
- Proficient in the use of DPAS, NAVFAC ERP, and other logistics data systems
- Strong understanding of ABFC, EXWC coordination, and Navy allowance documentation processes
- Familiarity with Navy supply and logistics policies, procedures, and directives
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and written communication ability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting ACB-1, EXWC, NECC, or similar expeditionary commands
- Prior military service in a logistics or supply rating (e.g., LS, SK, or equivalent)
- Experience preparing Navy Readiness Reports and working with TOA validation metrics
