Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized Salesforce solutions to meet those needs
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, and relationships to support business processes
- Implement and maintain data integrations between Salesforce and other systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed
- Participate in the full project lifecycle, including gathering requirements, design, testing, and deployment
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or a similar role
- Salesforce certifications required - Admin and Platform App Builder
- Salesforce certifications preferred - Consulting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial Services Industry background preferred
- Strong work ethic to get the job done
- Experience with data integration and data management in Salesforce
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
