Duties/Responsibilities
· Conduct a variety of research and analysis related to countering terrorist threats
· Author and coordinate on intelligence reports supporting the research and analysis
· Simultaneously manage multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Preparation and presentation of written and oral briefings to all levels of customer management
· Potential for travel both CONUS and OCONUS
· Ability to attend planned meetings within the Washington Metro Area region
· This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
· U.S. Citizenship
· Requires an active TS/SCI security clearance w/ Poly
· Bachelor’s degree or 5 years additional years of relevant operational experience
· Minimum of 1 years' relevant operational experience within the sponsor's organization or other relevant organization(s) in the Intelligence Community
· Familiarity with intelligence report writing standards
· Desire to support counterterrorism efforts
· Ability to multitask, sometimes at a rapid pace, with good attention to details
· High degree of accountability and personal integrity
· Strong intellectual curiosity, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to effectively follow-through and manage status reporting and scheduling
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications:
· Familiarity with various Intelligence Community partners and their operations
· Familiarity with intelligence operations procedures, policies, and authorities
· Proficiency with software and databases used in support of research and analysis for the U.S. Government
· Foreign language proficiency
Physical Requirements
· Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) at the customer site while sitting at a desk and working on a computer
· Routine video conference and/or in-person meetings
· Ability to attend planned meetings within the Washington Metro Area region
· Potential for travel both CONUS and OCONUS
