Warehouse Associate – Kansas City MO
TORQ Distribution, a highly professional Sales and Distribution company, has an immediate opening for a self-motivated, high energy individual for the position of Warehouse Associate in St. Louis MO
The main duties of this position will include:
· Assist the Warehouse Manager in maintaining efficient distribution activities
· Receive, place and process incoming inventory as required in a weekly distribution cycle
· Keep detailed records of product movement in order to facilitate proper inventory control
· Process, package, and ship orders accurately
· Majority of each day will be spent delivering products to local clients
· Place internal and external clients first in all daily activities
· Engage with clients in order to ensure an exceptional client experience
· Abide by all company safety regulations
· Maintain a neat, clean and organized work area
· Other projects as assigned
Skills that will be required to be successful:
· High school diploma or GED
· Warehouse experience preferred
· Team player with organizational skills
· Able to lift or move heavy products
- Professional integrity and dependability with a high level of respect for all individuals
- Goal / Results Oriented - ability to set high reaching goals and achieve results
- Self-starter - minimal supervision required
- Comfortable working in a small, fast paced, team environment and an entrepreneurial business setting
