Job Overview:
A well-established general contractor specializing in luxury and high-end residential interiors is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. This company has been in business for over 30 years, providing premier construction services in New York City for single-family luxury homes, upscale condominiums, and select commercial lobbies and hallways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for luxury residential projects ranging from $300k to $10M.
- Work closely with project managers and superintendents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents to create accurate cost projections.
- Establish relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to gather quotes and pricing.
- Ensure that estimates align with project timelines, scopes, and client expectations.
- Support the bid process and work with the senior leadership team to develop proposals.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as an Estimator in luxury high-end residential interiors.
- Strong knowledge of construction costs, labor rates, and material pricing specific to NYC's high-end residential market.
- Proven experience working on residential projects in the $300k to $10M range.
Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
