What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician at our West Chester, OH Service Center, you’ll be a key player in maintaining the equipment and infrastructure that powers our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and manufacturing system issues in collaboration with our operations team.
- Performing preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
- Supporting all aspects of building maintenance, including minor plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general upkeep.
- Identifying and solving recurring equipment problems alongside the maintenance team.
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA and Tosca’s internal safety standards.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of and strict adherence to the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program.
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience working with mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements and production safety practices, including LOTO.
- Electrical knowledge, including schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase systems, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic.
- Solid understanding of industrial mechanical principles,s including hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls.
- Familiarity with boilers and MIG/TIG welding is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
Work Schedule
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Pay: $31.00–$34.00/hour $0.50 shift differential
