Inside Sales Representative
First year potential total compensation is $70,000.
- Hourly Rate: $15.50- $17.00 depending on experience
- First-year on-track earnings at 100%, including base, commission, bonus, and expense allowance of $70,000 (approximate)
- Manufacturer incentive programs average earnings $4,000-$10,000 PLUS

Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative on this team, you will well-positioned for growth based on your performance. In this role you’ll facilitate and secure the sales of Toshiba offerings, including products, services, and solutions, to corporate and industrial clients. This will involve utilizing communication channels such as phone, mail, and email, to nurture connections and finalize deals.
What You’ll Do
- Contact current and prospective customers to quote, sell, up-sell, and cross-sell solutions such as Laptops, Monitors, Sever racks, headsets, webcams, and more
- Ensure customer relationships are maintained in accordance with management goals
- Handle questions and complaints from customers when necessary
- Ensure that documentation is updated and corrected
- Liaison with internal departments as it pertains to assigned accounts
- Notify customers of cancelled or delayed shipping orders
- Troubleshoot account issues and ensure the prospect list is accurate and complete
- Check and respond to voicemails in a timely fashion
- Generate sales reports and ensure the sales database is accurate and updated
- Stay current on new machines, products, and updates
- Participate in special projects that require outbound sales input
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three or more (3 ) years of experience with a combination of inside sales, telemarketing, and customer service/support expertise
- A track record of maintaining account relationships Versed in utilizing Salesforce (Preferred)
