- Lead and train a team focused on guest service and positive energy
- Good communication skills and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional team building capability
- Basic math and personal computer or POS literacy
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility
- Have the ability to speak clearly and listen to guests and other Team members
- Have the ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Be able to exhibit a positive vibe and respectful attitude
- Be cool when the line gets long
- Know our menu
- Have the ability to be cross-trained and the willingness to do it
What’s Important:

- Move throughout the restaurant for extended periods of time (up to 10 hours per day)
- Move 25 lbs. for distances of up to 50 feet
- Understand & respond to team members' & guests' requests in a busy & loud environment
- Bend, stoop, and reach in order to load ovens, stock shelves, refrigerator/freezers, serve guests & clean the restaurant.
