Job Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct support and behavioral interventions in clients' homes
- Collect data on client progress and report findings to the supervising BCBA
- Build positive relationships with clients and their families
- Help develop social and communication skills for clients
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay starts at $20/hour
- Part-Time: 10-30 hours/week
- Flexible shifts available
- Location: Indiana
Skills & Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification (Required)
- Experience in ABA therapy (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Expected Hours: At least 15 hours per week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
