Key Responsibilities

As an RN with Total Care Connections, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and companionship. Your duties will include:

• Providing personalized in-home care and support for all activities of daily living
• Assisting with healthcare needs, including catheter care, medication management, IV management, and more
• Helping clients with ambulation, personal hygiene, and physical therapy exercises
• Ensuring exceptional service as outlined in each client's customized care plan
  
  

Requirements

• Valid RN License in Arizona
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Recent TB Test
• Ability to use your own vehicle during work hours with valid insurance and a driver's license
• Open availability preferred
• Willingness to undergo a Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record check, and Pre-Employment Drug Screening
