Location: District of Columbia & Maryland
Compensation: $45 dollars per hour

We are seeking a Contracted Registered Nurse (RN) to provide health and wellness monitoring for a caseload of up to five individuals. The RN will work no more than 20 hours per week and must be available to attend Quality Assurance Reviews virtually and participate in-person ISP meetings.

✔ Has experience in psychiatric mental health settings or specialized training in psychiatric mental health nursing (minimum two years).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing health monitoring, assessments, and interventions to ensure individuals receive safe, high-quality care.
- Ensure all interventions in each individual’s care plan are implemented with a person-centered approach.
- Attend virtual and in-person Quality Assurance Reviews and ISP meetings to collaborate with the care team.
- Implement MD orders and coordinate care with medical providers, therapists, and community resources.
- Enter monthly written notes (or more frequently as needed) in each individual's record.
- Lead the development and ongoing review of Individual Care Plans to ensure compliance with medical standards.
- Provide technical supervision to LPNs and other nursing personnel.
- Assist in meeting the psychosocial needs of program participants.
- Utilize critical thinking and clinical decision-making to support patient outcomes.
Requirements:
✔ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
✔ Minimum one year of experience in medication administration and hands-on nursing care.
✔ Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, valid insurance, and a safe driving record.
✔ Must be at least 21 years old.
✔ Current CPR certification (must be renewed annually).
✔ Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
✔ Fully vaccinated and able to pass all pre-employment qualifications.
