About us
Total Child Preschool and Childcare Center is a small play-based preschool in Evanston, IL. We are fun, inclusive, and creative and our goal is to support our teachers to support our children through a warm, loving environment. The school is closed for 4 and 3/4 weeks and you have an additional 4 weeks pto.
Responsibilities for an Assistant:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play and structured activities
- Collaborate with lead and another assistant teacher to ensure a cohesive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Cheerful and punctual and reliable
- Ability to get along well with others and take feedback
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
We have two positions available and flexible start times from May to August.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
