Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees the housekeeping department
- Manages a team of housekeepers and ensures they are properly trained
- Monitors the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
- Takes inventory of our housekeeping supplies, and notifies GM in a timely manner
- Communicates with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensures that Housekeepers are following GM policies
- Ensures that Brand Standards are met at all times.
- Reports any maintenance or equipment needs
- Meets with GM weekly to discuss department needs/concerns
- Assists with cleaning rooms, laundry, and anywhere that is needed.
- Provides exceptional customer service to guests.
- Does not condone, contribute to, or encourage a negative workspace.
- Promotes the "4 Core and More" culture
- Must be reliable, flexible with schedule, and have Great Work Ethic
