The Hilton Garden Inn Gallup is hiring Banquet Servers to join the Food & Beverage team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities:

Set up banquet rooms as per event requirements, ensuring all tables, chairs, and linens are in place.

Assist in arranging decorations, centerpieces, and other event details.

Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests during events, including taking orders and serving food and beverages.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including clearing tables and removing used dishes promptly.

Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.

Collaborate with the event planning team and other staff members to ensure seamless execution of events.

Requirements:

Previous experience in banquet service or a similar hospitality role is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates with a passion for service and a willingness to learn.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and team members.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.

Physical stamina to lift and carry trays, tables, and other event-related equipment.

Familiarity with food and beverage handling procedures and safety protocols.
