Specific Duties:
Performs other quality duties requested. Ensures execution of TNT quality assurance goals & objectives, actions plans, audits, measurement systems, etc.; develops measurable department goals & action plans and analyses department work by periodically evaluating the QA’s in production to build a better understanding of key quality challenges; collaborates with management team to build commitment to implement department improvements & maintain high quality compliance; communicates department job expectations, conducts quality training, coaches, and counsels QA workers, as needed. |
