Responsibilities
· Must have basic knowledge of IQMS, understand Real Time screen, print all necessary paperwork
required including but not limited to Operator Instructions and part labels.
· Ability to interpret the BOM tree and further steps required to complete the finished good parts.
· Perform day-to-day activities at the workstations in compliance with operator instructions.
· Visually inspect molded or post molded product
· Requires good organizational skills
· Ensure correct product handling and packaging at the work station
· Work with Set-up tech to ensure correct machine set up
· Work with inventory tech to ensure inventory is pulled for the schedule jobs at least 1 day in advance
· Coordinate jobs efficiently to keep downtime to an absolute minimum
· Work well with minimum supervision
· Perform necessary tasks assigned by Production Manager
