Total Property Management in Monee, IL is looking for Seasonal/Part Time Field Technicians to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

TPM is looking to onboard candidates to for our 2024 Season.
Responsibilities
• You will be maintaining residential, commercial and agricultural properties with zero-turn, walk-behind and push mowers. You will be operating line trimmers, edger's, and backpack blowers. On the landscape side, you could be doing shrub pruning, cultivation, edging, mulching, and plant installation. Must be physically capable of lifting 60 pounds, stand for 8 hours per day and operate heavy machinery.
• In the winter the team members will operate equipment, which may include, but is not limited to: Pickup or larger Truck with Plow and Spreader, Skid Steer, and Loader. Team members may also use hand tools such as Shovels, Snow Blowers, Back Pack Blowers, etc, and will handle de-icing chemicals.
