Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized store environment
- Post daily marketing materials around the store's exterior area
- Create social media content to drive local foot traffic
- Stay current on all sales training and new promotions
- Participate in local/online contests, team events, and training sessions
- Arrive on time and be fully prepared for each workday
- Use our CRM tools to follow up with existing customers
- Become an expert on our latest phones, accessories, and rate plans
Requirements:
- Positive, outgoing attitude with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable engaging with customers and building relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, coachable, and goal-driven
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred – many of our customers are Spanish-speaking
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)

Schedule:

- Full-time preferred, but part-time may be considered

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
