Responsibilities

- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing behavior management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to support student development and address any concerns.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- Provide first aid as needed and promote health and safety within the classroom.
- Incorporate sports coaching techniques when applicable to encourage physical activity among students.
Skills
- Strong experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus, enabling effective support for diverse learners.
- Experience in behavior management strategies to foster a conducive learning environment.
