Touchdown RV is a family-owned business focused on customer service, offering for rent and sale quality late model RV’s.
Touchdown RV is seeking a Full Time RV Customer Service Technician in Indianapolis, IN. Selected candidate will diagnose, inspect, adjust, and repair minor issues w/ RVs & travel trailers; mount various items as needed; sanitize fresh water tanks, dispose waste and caulk any areas needing attention. Candidate will meet with customers for tours of RVs/trailers; deliver travel trailers and RVs for service/repairs and customers and manage the process associated with customer check-in/out by following detailed procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and valid Indiana driver’s license and clean driving record to meet insurance requirements is required. Must be capable of completing basic diagnostics and identify repairs to be made. Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills; ability to understand communicate and interpret company policies and training procedures and demonstrate the ability to problem solve.
