Touchmark at Fairway Village is Southwest Washington's premier retirement community. Our goal is to enrich the lives of residents and off-campus clients by providing them with exceptional service in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Home Care Certified Nursing Assistant (HCA).
We currently have part-time shifts available!
Hiring for Day shifts, (starting 6am), needing open availability and weekends!
We offer the ability to take your annual CEU's online and your First Aid/CPR training on site, all at no cost to you. We offer paid in-service trainings as well!
As a Caregiver with Touchmark Home Care, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, as needed - activities such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and toileting. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:
Obtain a Washington state CNA or HCA certificate within 120 days of hire or have an active Washington state CNA certificate. A Home Care Aide certificate is also acceptable, and we offer paid tuition to enroll in a HCA training school.
Be willing to obtain a CPR/AED/First Aid Certification if you don’t already have one
Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality.
Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
Salary : $18 - $22
