Touchmark at The Ranch is Prescott’s leading full-service senior living community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are growing and are currently seeking the right individual to join our team as a Resident Care Manager.
$45,000 - $65,000 Annual Salary *pay based on experience*
As a Resident Care Manager, you will Manage, mentor and coordinate a team of top-performing CNAs, Med Aides, and caregivers to deliver superior service for residents living in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will serve as the first point of contact for residents, physicians, agency staff, and families. Your role will also function as a support to health services care team.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in health administration, social work, psychology, gerontology, or related field.
Previous social services experience preferred.
CPR/AED certification preferred.
Previous caregiving experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor Medication Aides and Caregivers.
Assure that health services caregiver team members provide optimal resident service on day-to-day basis.
Effectively communicate with residents, their family members, and their significant others regarding resident care.
Form and manage multidisciplinary service plans for new and current residents; Ensure service plans are completed according to recommended agenda.
Partner with Staffing Coordinator to recruit, onboard and retain new caregiver team members.
Proactively schedule and send resident care plan reminders to resident or resident families.

Ability to observe resident behavior and communicate such in an intelligent and professional manner;
Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors.
