Position: Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Office Manager
Job Type: Full Time with Benefits
Job Location: Draper, Utah
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, Commensurate with Experience

BACKGROUND:
Tower Arch Capital (“TAC”) is a lower-middle market private equity firm with over $700 million in assets under management located in Draper, Utah. TAC is focused on partnering with entrepreneur and family-owned companies to create long-term value for our management teams and investors.

OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic, professional Administrative Assistant to join our team! This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the office runs effectively and efficiently. This position will report directly to the office manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent the firm as the first face visitors see when walking through the front door
  • Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors
  • Help coordinate various company meetings, parties, and events
  • Coordinate/pick up daily lunches and handle a variety of day-to-day tasks
  • Handle various errands inside and outside of the office (shopping, mailing, etc.)
  • Purchase/maintain office supplies and the organization of company merchandise
  • Assist in special projects as needed
  • Process employee expense reimbursements
  • Administers Salesforce.com database
  • Assist in making travel arrangements
  • Carry out administrative duties i.e., organizing, filing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Help manage key vendor relationships

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred
  • Reliable method of transportation for company errands, and a clean driving record
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional, honest, dependable, and self-motivated individual
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite/products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Canva or other creative design platform experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
