What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance tech position at Tower Health?
Responsibilities :
Performs preventive maintenance tasks and day to day repairs of equipment, systems and building configurations. Possess a basic knowledge of Utility plant operations, Plumbing, Electrical, Electronic, HVAC, Building Maintenance and Building Automation Systems.
Additional duties as assigned by Management.
This is a Full Time Evening Position, Hours are 3 : 00pm-11 : 30pm with every other weekend and vacation rotation required.

High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
