- Obtains or receives specimens.
- Performs clinical laboratory tests by standardized procedures.
- Performs quality control.
- Performs preventive maintenance, and interprets results as to accuracy, acceptability and critical limits.
- Works independently, organizing work to meet established deadlines, and validates all data obtained.
