What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse - Acute Rehab position at Tower Health?
NEW INCREASED RATES!
- Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.
- Deliver excellent nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation, and documentation while serving a diverse patient population with complex concerns.
- Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
- Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
We are hiring for the following positions:
- Full Time Night Shift
Acute Rehab Unit:
- 14 -bed acute rehabilitation unit -
- Awared Top 10% Nationally for Inpatient Rehabilitation by UDSM
- Rehabilitation patients present with a variety of diagnoses and conditions. These typically include,
but are not exclusive to: Stroke, Traumatic/Non-Traumatic Brain Injury, Traumatic/ Non-Traumatic
Spinal Cord Injury, Amputation, Major Multiple Trauma, Orthopedic Injuries or Surgeries, Arthritis,
and Neurological Disorders
