Qualifications
- Facilitates the process of organizing, integrating, and modifying the resources necessary to accomplish the goals set forth by the Joint Replacement Center Steering Committee.
- Promotes collaborative care practices and participates in establishing partnerships with physicians and the Hospital to provide identified related services.
- Serves as a resource for the consumers as they make their way through the health care delivery system of the Reading Hospital's Joint Replacement Center.
