What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Administrative Assistant / Leasing Consultant position at Tower Management Service L.P?
We are a Property Management company seeking a motivated individual to join our management team for our communities in Bergen County, NJ. While prior property management experience is preferred, it is not required.
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, but not required)
- Reliable transportation is essential

Work Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer phones, take messages, and schedule appointments
- Communicate professionally via phone, in person, email, and written correspondence
- Collect, organize, and handle outgoing mail
- Prepare lease documents, collect and process rent, and have an understanding of leasing procedures and housing assistance programs
- Draft and edit tenant correspondence as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning
- Maintain office supply inventory and order as necessary
- Report directly to the on-site Property Manager
