Job Overview
This is a temporary position that will last 60 - 90 days. Must be available to start immediately. Must already have a Valid Texas Private Security License for this position. These are 12hr days and nights 7 days a week. This is a shutdown job. You MUST be available to work 12 hour days or nights 7 days a week.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report criminal activities or disturbances.
- Safe guarding a vessel while in port.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not required.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems including CCTV operation is an asset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid security license or certification as required by local regulations.
