Do you have a decade or more of hands-on HVAC experience and a passion for tackling tough service calls? Town & Country Heating and Cooling is looking for a Senior Service Technician to help support our growing customer base. What You’ll Do
This isn’t an entry-level role—we’re looking for a technician who can confidently take on:
- Advanced diagnostics and in-depth troubleshooting
- Boilers, mini-splits, and high-efficiency systems
- Residential and commercial HVAC systems (under 20 tons)

Compensation
- $32–$40 per hour, depending on experience and skillset
- Bonus and commission opportunities available
