What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at Town & Country Veterinary Hospital?
Town & Country Veterinary Hospital and the Pleasanton Pet Hotel is located in beautiful downtown Pleasanton. We are looking for an animal and people loving individual to join our team. The ideal applicant will be a motivated, hard working individual who takes pride in their work, and has a minimum of 1-2 years experience in the veterinary field, animal shelter or closely related field. Strong communication skills, super organized skills, and multi-tasking is a MUST!
This is a part-time position with NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, and HOLIDAYS OFF!
Duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, client call backs, client education, filing, and checking clients in and out of the hospital and Pet Hotel. This position works closely with with our clients, doctors, and other team members.
Cornerstone knowledge is helpful, but not required.
