Automotive Sales Consultant at Town Nissan

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our sales team at Town Nissan. As a full time Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for helping our customers find their perfect vehicle by providing high-quality customer service and guiding them through the car buying process. You should have a strong desire to learn of the automotive industry, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner to determine their needs and preferences
- Demonstrating vehicles and providing detailed information on features and specifications
- Conducting test drives and answering customer questions about the driving experience
- Communicating pricing options, financing, and trade-in values to customers
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory and their features
- Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Collaborating with other members of the sales team and management to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Assisting with vehicle delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
- Following up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and encourage future business
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required-Proven track record of success in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
