What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Counselor (Seasonal) position at Town of Bourne?
The Town of Bourne, an affirmative action, equal opportunity employer, is hiring Counselors to manage a large group of children and serve as the primary staff responsible for all of the children in the Program. Counselors plan, lead and implement a structured day of fun, age appropriate activities.
Qualifications and Education
17 years old
First Aid and CPR Certified (valid through the end of the Program season).
Prior experience working with children in a group setting is preferred.
Full/Part Time & Hours
This is a seasonal position working Monday – Friday, 8AM-4PM, plus staff meetings as needed
Hourly Rate
$20.00/hour
