The Town of Bourne, an affirmative action, equal opportunity employer, is hiring a seasonal Shellfish Technician Assistant. This position is responsible for performing general labor work assisting in the operation and maintenance of shellfish aquaculture/propagation equipment and some record keeping duties.
Qualifications and Education
General knowledge of Town waters/shoreline
Good social skills
Good physical strength and agility with the ability to repetitively lift heavy objects
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent
Full/Part Time & Hours
This is a seasonal position that could works Monday-Friday (shifts may be dependent on tides).
Hourly Rate
$16.00/hour.
