Great PART-TIME job opportunity! We are looking for hard-working individuals with strong customer service skills to fill these positions. The Town of Brookline is seeking part-time School Crossing Guards to work during the school year. Under the general direction of the Police Traffic Division, will direct traffic at assigned crossings, protect school children and provide for orderly movement of vehicle and pedestrian traffic. H.S. diploma plus the ability to learn the local geography and apply applicable laws and regulations; the ability to deal effectively and courteously with the public, and to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
This position is 10 hours per week, 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon each day, and works 10 months out of the year. Salary $29.14 per hour. Positions are filled on an on-going basis. Open until filled.
