Facilities Operator

The Town of Jackson, Public Works Department, is now accepting applications for the full-time position of Facilities Operator, hiring range $46,332 - $67,803 annually, DOQ. This is an excellent opportunity for a value centered, team-oriented professional.

Primary duties include assisting the Facilities Team in performing repair and maintenance of all Town facilities including employee rental housing units related to electrical/mechanical systems, lighting, custodial, minor plumbing, light carpentry, snow removal, grounds maintenance, etc. Please click here for a complete job description.

• Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to: HS Diploma or equivalent, Wyoming Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) (or ability to obtain within 3 mos.), experience with snow removal equipment as well as experience in maintenance, plumbing, custodial, electrical, or carpentry fields. Ideal candidate will have demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication and computer/software skills, a tenacious work ethic, enthusiasm for becoming part of a positive team, and a desire for public service.
  
  

This position is included in the federally mandated DOT-FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program which includes pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, post-accident and random drug testing.
