Consider joining our team as an Assistant Community Manager for Spring Creek Apartments in Columbus, OH.
Who you are:
- You are a team player with a positive attitude.
- You provide exceptional customer service, utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are computer literate, including the use of MS Office products.
- You are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
What you will do as an Assistant Community Manager:
- Provide daily operational support to the Community Manager for this property with 288 units.
- Coordinate move-ins/outs, assist with the leasing process, and help ensure the community is in pristine condition.
- Resolve customer service issues and input service requests.
- Assist with reports, budgets, newsletters, and business correspondence.
- Scheduled work hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year related experience (multifamily property management experience preferred)
- Computer literacy, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
Other helpful skills and competencies:
- NALP® designation through NAA
- Yardi experience
- Social media skills
