Position: Community Manager
Location: Siena Village Apartments, Dayton, Ohio.
Community Size: 108 units
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years as a property manager in the multifamily residential industry.
- Experience with Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance and other similar programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Strong written and verbal communication, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
- Adept at overseeing and resolving a variety of challenges.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
- Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer.
Other Helpful Skills and Competencies:
- CAM® or CAPS® designation.
- Experience working directly with property owners.
- Yardi experience (preferred).
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the community to ensure a positive living experience for residents.
- Develop and implement community programs and events to enhance resident engagement.
- Manage leasing activities, including showing properties, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.
- Coordinate with maintenance and administrative teams to ensure property upkeep and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and manage community budgets, financials, and occupancy rates.
- Ensure compliance with Tax Credit (LIHTC) requirements and regulations.
- Enforce community policies and regulations to maintain a safe and harmonious environment.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm.
