Position: Community Manager
Location: Siena Village Apartments, Dayton, Ohio.

Community Size: 108 units 


What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years as a property manager in the multifamily residential industry.
  • Experience with Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance and other similar programs. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
  • Adept at overseeing and resolving a variety of challenges.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
  • Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer.

Other Helpful Skills and Competencies:

  • CAM® or CAPS® designation.
  • Experience working directly with property owners.
  • Yardi experience (preferred).

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations of the community to ensure a positive living experience for residents.
  • Develop and implement community programs and events to enhance resident engagement.
  • Manage leasing activities, including showing properties, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and administrative teams to ensure property upkeep and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor and manage community budgets, financials, and occupancy rates.
  • Ensure compliance with Tax Credit (LIHTC) requirements and regulations. 
  • Enforce community policies and regulations to maintain a safe and harmonious environment.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm.
